I’d fast with myself as inspiration, but I know i’d break it. I need to have a commitment to other people.

No matter how hard i try, no matter how much food i stuff in my face to fight the ana mentality, no matter how badly i want to be okay, i’m not. it’s an ongoing battle that an insuranceless girl can’t recover from without help.

  • Celery, Oranges, Strawberries, Tangerines, Grapefruit, Carrots, Apricots
  • Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Watermelon, Apples, Hot Chili Peppers, Zucchini

I have recipes using all of these things and nothing else. Once i am done with mono fruit island this is all I am going to eat!
